Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services in Chennai area is seeking a professional with 5 to 7 years of experience in airline business processes including Reservations, Booking, Ticketing and Inventory. The role requires understanding of Departure Control Systems, ancillaries, and digital channels such as Web and Mobile.

Experience with Navitaire, Amadeus, Sabre and other GDS platforms, as well as Loyalty, Payments and CRM integrations, is preferred.

• Ability to analyze AS-IS and TO-BE business processes for transformation and migration projects.
• Expertise in UAT support, test scenario creation, test data preparation, test execution, and API validation.
• Strong ownership, stakeholder communication, and quality delivery skills.
