Job summary

Qualifications

• AME/ Diploma in Mechanical or Aeronautical engineering.
• Minimum 3 years relevant experience in aircraft/ helicopter/ UAV/ eVTOL/ advanced aerospace systems maintenance.
• Knowledge of DGCA requirements is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Perform inspection, maintenance and repair of composite airframe structures and metallic mountings, including carbon fiber laminates and sandwich panels.
• Install and maintain critical components like motors and propellers.
• Maintain documentation of structural findings and corrective actions.
• Install, inspect and troubleshoot high-voltage battery systems and electric propulsion interfaces.
• Maintain EWIS and ensure routing, bonding, grounding, clamping and protection.
• Conduct system integration checks, functional tests and troubleshooting.
• Lead maintenance and readiness activities for Ground Test Vehicles and prototype aircrafts.

Aircraft Maintenance Engineer (Airframe/ Structures)

• The Aircraft Manufacturing Engineer/ Technician will play a crucial role in the maintenance for ground & flight testing of our Aircrafts within our state-of-the-art testing facility. We are looking for highly motivated and dedicated AME’s to join our ground testing team as Aircraft Maintenance Engineer. The AME’s will support the maintenance, inspection, installation, and testing of next-generation electric Vertical Take-Off and Landing (eVTOL) composite aircraft. The role provides hands-on exposure to composite structures, electric propulsion systems, batteries, avionics, wiring, and ground test vehicle (GTV) operations, under the supervision of experts.

Required Qualifications:

• Education: AME/ Diploma in Mechanical or Aeronautical engineering
• Experience:
• Minimum 3 Years relevant experience in aircraft / Helicopter/ UAV / eVTOL/ advanced aerospace systems maintenance.
• Knowledge on DGCA requirements is an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform inspection, maintenance, and repair of composite airframe structures & metallic mountings including carbon fiber laminates, bonded joints, and sandwich panels.
• Installation & maintenance of critical components like motors & propellers.
• Maintain accurate documentation of structural findings and corrective actions.
• Carry out installation, inspection, maintenance, and troubleshooting of high-voltage battery systems and electric propulsion interfaces.
• Maintain and inspect electrical wiring interconnection systems (EWIS), including routing, bonding, grounding, clamping, and protection.
• Perform continuity, insulation resistance, and functional checks using approved test equipment.
• Install, inspect, and maintain avionics systems including:
• Flight control and actuation systems.
• Navigation, communication, and sensor systems.
• Integrated vehicle management and monitoring systems.
• Conduct system integration checks, functional tests, and troubleshooting activities.
• Support software loading, configuration verification, and system validation under approved procedures.
• Lead maintenance and readiness activities for Ground Test Vehicles (GTVs) and prototype aircrafts, including pre-test, turn-around test and post-test inspections.
• Assist in test setup, instrumentation connections, data cable management, and test-area readiness.
