• Process domestic and international flight bookings, reservations, cancellations, refunds, and ticket modifications.

• Quote fares and advise on airline policies, baggage rules, and fare conditions.
• Verify passenger details and travel documents before ticket issuance.
• Coordinate with airlines regarding seat availability and schedule changes.
• Handle customer queries and resolve ticketing issues promptly.

We are looking for an experienced Air Ticketing Executive to join our growing travel team in Jalandhar, Punjab. The ideal candidate should have hands‑on experience with Amadeus GDS, expertise in PNR creation, and a strong understanding of the Australia airline ticketing process. You will be responsible for managing flight reservations, ticket issuance, reissues, cancellations, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, manage, and update PNRs using Amadeus GDS.
• Process domestic and international flight bookings, reservations, cancellations, refunds, and ticket modifications.
• Issue, reissue, and cancel airline tickets accurately.
• Quote fares and advise customers on airline policies, baggage rules, and fare conditions.
• Verify passenger details and travel documents before ticket issuance.
• Coordinate with airlines regarding seat availability, schedule changes, and special service requests.
• Handle customer queries professionally and resolve ticketing-related issues promptly.
• Process payments and maintain accurate booking records and invoices.
• Keep customers informed about flight schedule changes, delays, or cancellations.

Skills Required

• Minimum 1 year of experience in airline ticketing
• Hands‑on experience with Amadeus GDS
• Strong knowledge of PNR creation, fare quoting, ticket issuance, reissues, and cancellations
• Excellent communication and customer service skills

Preferred Experience

• 1–3 years of experience in airline ticketing, travel agency operations, or hospitality services.
• Knowledge of airline fare rules, travel regulations, and visa requirements will be an advantage.

SALARY

• Starting from 15000 to 40000 + Handsome Incentive Slab
