Role Description The Air Ticketing Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune Division. This role involves handling domestic and international air ticket bookings, managing reservations, and processing ticket sales through various GDS or airline platforms. The Air Ticketing Executive will assist customers with itinerary planning, fare options, flight changes, and cancellations while ensuring accurate and timely issuance of tickets. Day-to-day responsibilities include responding to customer inquiries, coordinating with airlines and internal teams, maintaining records and reports, and ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations. The role also requires proactive follow-up to resolve customer issues and support overall sales and service targets.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Ticket Sales and Sales skills, with the ability to meet targets and identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities.
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication with customers, airlines, and internal teams.
• Candidates should possess solid Customer Service skills, focusing on problem-solving, professionalism, and maintaining high customer satisfaction.
• Candidates should possess Reservations-related skills, including experience with airline booking systems or GDS platforms and attention to detail in itinerary management.
• Relevant experience in air ticketing or travel agency operations is preferred, especially in corporate or leisure travel environments.
• Knowledge of domestic and international fare rules, airline policies and basic geography is beneficial.
• Ability to work accurately under time pressure, manage multiple bookings, and maintain organized documentation.
• Diploma or degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or a related field is advantageous.
