Job summary

Maersk India is seeking a detail-oriented Tender Support Associate to understand customer tender requirements, draft inputs, and update tasks in the system under supervision.

The role supports Air LCL tender activities, prepares pricing inputs, documentation, and rate updates, and coordinates with internal teams to maintain data quality and adhere to processes and timelines.

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of logistics / freight forwarding concepts (Air LCL preferred).
• Strong Excel and data entry accuracy skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work with deadlines in a structured environment.
• Learning mindset and adaptability.
• Awareness of end-to-end shipment lifecycle (booking, movement, consolidation, delivery).
• Introductory knowledge of pricing and quotation basics.
• Understanding of RFQs and basic tender process flow (support role, not ownership).

Job Summary

Understands the customer tender, drafting requirements of Key clients and performs/updates the tasks/steps in the system as illustrated without any supervision. Performs audits of work performed by Team member Sales.

Supports Air LCL tender and contract management execution by preparing pricing inputs, documentation, and rate updates, ensuring accuracy and adherence to defined processes and timelines. The role assists in RFQ processing and Rate filing activities by coordinating with internal stakeholders and maintaining data quality in relevant systems.

Responsible for ensuring timely completion of assigned tasks and supporting basic reporting and documentation requirements within established procedures.
