Responsibilities

• Track and monitor air import shipments from origin to final delivery.
• Float rate enquiries to overseas agents and airlines for air import shipments.
• Prepare and share competitive quotations with clients.
• Coordinate with CHA for timely customs clearance of air import shipments.
• Follow up with CHA on documentation, clearance status, and delivery.
• Coordinate with clients and provide regular shipment status updates.
• Negotiate rates with agents to achieve best possible pricing.
• Maintain and update DSR (Daily Status Report) accurately and timely.
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs and air import procedures.
