Job summary

Dvym Staffing Support India is seeking an Air Export Executive with at least 1 year of hands-on experience in air export operations to manage day-to-day activities from booking to shipment handover.

The role requires coordinating with exporters, airlines, IATA agents, CHA teams, and overseas customers, ensuring accurate AWB drafting and timely customs clearance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Air Export / Freight Forwarding.
• Knowledge of air export procedures and documentation.
• Familiarity with AWB preparation, carting, customs clearance, and IATA coordination.
• Strong communication and coordination skills; able to manage multiple shipments and meet deadlines.
• Experience with House Master / HAWB/MAWB activities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with exporters, airlines, shippers, consignees, overseas customers, and IATA agents for smooth shipment execution.
• Coordinate with IATA agents for booking and booking release.
• Handle carting and shipment-related activities.
• Prepare and verify Air Waybill (AWB) drafts and other required export documentation.
• Coordinate with CHA team for customs clearance formalities.
• Ensure timely completion of customs clearance and export documentation.
• Maintain and update House Master / HAWB-MAWB related documentation and records.
• Manage and coordinate day-to-day air export activities from booking to shipment handover.
• Follow up with airlines, agents, and customers to ensure shipments move as per schedule.
• Resolve operational/documentation issues through effective coordination with all stakeholders.
