Dentsu Aegis Network is seeking an AI Specialist - Graphic Design to lead AI-generated visuals and branding across digital and print campaigns. The role blends strong graphic design fundamentals with advanced AI tooling and prompt development.

The ideal candidate will manage multiple creative directions, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure assets meet brand and production standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 28 years of experience in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Creative Services, or Digital Design.
• Strong portfolio showcasing AI-assisted creative work, branding, campaign design, and digital-first visual communication.
• Hands-on expertise with AI creative tools such as Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Flux, Stable Diffusion, Ideogram, ChatGPT, Magnific AI, Krea AI, Runway, or equivalent platforms.
• Strong prompt engineering skills with the ability to consistently generate high-quality creative outputs.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma.
• Strong understanding of typography, layout, composition, color theory, branding, and visual storytelling.
• Experience creating content for digital, social media, advertising, and integrated marketing campaigns.
• Ability to balance AI-generated creativity with strong design craftsmanship and human creative judgment.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and time management skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume creative production environment.

Responsibilities

• AI Creative Development: Create AI-generated concepts, mood boards, visuals, and brand assets using leading Generative AI platforms.
• Graphic Design: Design high-quality creatives for social media, digital campaigns, branding, presentations, and print.
• AI Workflow Development: Research and implement AI tools; develop prompt libraries and reusable templates.
• Collaboration: Work with Creative Directors, Copywriters, Motion Designers, Account Teams, and Producers.
• Innovation & R&D: Stay updated with Generative AI trends and experiment with new models and workflows.

Role Summary: We are seeking a highly creative and technically skilled AI Artist Graphic Design to join our Creative team. This role will focus on leveraging Generative AI technologies alongside strong graphic design expertise to create high-quality visual assets, campaign creatives, and brand communication across digital, social, print, and integrated marketing platforms. The ideal candidate combines exceptional design fundamentals with deep expertise in AI-powered creative tools and prompt engineering. They will collaborate closely with Creative Directors, Copywriters, Motion Designers, Producers, and Brand Teams to develop innovative visual solutions while accelerating creative ideation and production workflows.

Key Responsibilities

AI Creative Development

• Create AI-generated concepts, mood boards, campaign key visuals, illustrations, and brand assets using leading Generative AI platforms.
• Develop multiple creative directions rapidly during concept development and pitch stages.
• Generate visually compelling imagery that aligns with brand identity, campaign objectives, and creative strategy.
• Refine AI-generated outputs through advanced prompt engineering and post-production techniques.

Graphic Design

• Design high-quality creatives for social media, digital campaigns, branding, presentations, websites, print collateral, and integrated marketing campaigns.
• Create visually engaging layouts, typography systems, infographics, marketing materials, and visual identities.
• Adapt campaign assets across multiple platforms, formats, and dimensions while maintaining design consistency.

AI Workflow Development

• Research, evaluate, and implement emerging AI creative tools and workflows to improve design quality and production efficiency.
• Develop prompt libraries, reusable templates, and AI-assisted design workflows for the creative team.
• Identify opportunities to automate repetitive design tasks while maintaining creative excellence.

Collaboration

• Work closely with Creative Directors, Copywriters, Motion Designers, Account Teams, and Producers to translate ideas into impactful visual communication.
• Support integrated campaigns by creating AI-assisted assets that complement motion, video, and content production.
• Participate actively in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative AI-driven creative approaches.

Innovation & R&D

• Stay current with advancements in Generative AI, graphic design, visual storytelling, and digital content creation.
• Experiment with new AI models, workflows, and creative techniques to push visual innovation.
• Conduct internal knowledge-sharing sessions and recommend emerging tools that enhance creative capabilities.

Quality Assurance

• Ensure all AI-generated and designed assets meet creative, technical, and brand standards.
• Maintain awareness of copyright, licensing, and ethical considerations related to AI-generated content.
• Deliver polished, production-ready assets within project timelines while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
