Job summary

Ramraj Cotton is seeking a creative Graphic Designer with hands-on expertise in Generative AI, prompt engineering, AI image and video generation to elevate brand visuals across campaigns.

You will independently produce social media creatives, banners and product visuals using traditional design tools alongside AI-powered platforms, ensuring alignment with Ramraj Cotton's branding guidelines.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on expertise in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva and related graphic design tools.
• Practical experience with AI image-generation platforms such as Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, DALL-E, Stable Diffusion or similar tools.
• Hands-on experience with AI video-generation platforms such as Runway, Kling, Pika, Sora, Veo or similar tools.
• Strong Prompt Engineering skills for both image and video generation.
• Ability to generate AI videos using text prompts, reference images and product visuals.
• Strong understanding of typography, colour theory, composition, branding and visual storytelling.
• Ability to convert AI-generated outputs into commercially usable, brand-ready creatives.

Responsibilities

• Create social media creatives, digital advertisements, banners, posters, product visuals and campaign materials.
• Generate high-quality AI images and AI videos for branding, marketing and social media requirements.
• Create reels, short-form promotional videos, product videos, motion creatives and campaign concepts using AI tools.
• Develop and optimise effective prompts for image and video generation.
• Edit, enhance and transform AI-generated outputs into polished, production-ready brand creatives.
• Handle image retouching, compositing, resizing and video enhancement.
• Develop multiple creative variations for campaigns and performance marketing requirements.
• Collaborate with Brand, Marketing, Social Media and E-commerce teams while ensuring consistency with Ramraj Cotton's brand guidelines.

Ramraj Cotton is looking for a creative and technology-driven Graphic Designer with strong hands-on expertise in Generative AI, Prompt Engineering, AI Image Generation and AI Video Generation.
