Job summary

Pixis is seeking a Graphic Designer with strong AI knowledge to craft visually compelling digital assets for global and domestic brands. You will translate creative briefs into high‑quality visuals using AI workflows and collaborate with Senior Designers, Art Directors, and AI-driven teams in a fast‑paced environment.

The role requires 4–6 years in graphic/digital design, proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, and Canva, and hands‑on AI image generation experience.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of experience in graphic design, digital design, or advertising
• Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, Canva
• Hands-on experience with AI image generation models and platforms (e.g., Nano Banana, Adobe Firefly)
• Strong ability to break down briefs into visual components for AI generation
• Solid understanding of image composition, lighting, and storytelling
• Experience in fast-paced startup/agency environments
• Strong portfolio of digital campaigns and AI-assisted works

You will work closely with Senior Designers, Art Directors, and AI-driven creative teams in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Work on creative projects for global and domestic brands.
• Design digital creatives for advertising, social media, e-commerce, and marketing campaigns.
• Generate campaign concepts and visual directions based on creative briefs.
• Break down creative briefs into visual requirements, including composition, lighting, styling, product placement, environments, camera angles, and storytelling elements.
• Create detailed prompts and AI workflows to generate campaign-ready visuals.
• Use AI image generation tools to create, enhance, edit, and iterate visual assets.
• Develop AI-assisted creative outputs while maintaining brand consistency and quality standards.
• Adapt and resize creatives for different platforms, formats, and markets.
• Follow brand guidelines while exploring fresh visual ideas and trends.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project timelines and delivery goals.
• Stay updated with emerging AI creative tools, models, workflows, and industry best practices.

Requirements

• 4-6 years of experience in graphic design, digital design, creative production, or advertising.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, and Canva. (After Effects/Premier Pro is a plus.)
• Hands-on experience with AI image generation models and platforms such as Nano Banana, Adobe Firefly, ChatGPT, and similar tools.
• Strong understanding of prompt breakdown and the ability to structure prompts based on creative requirements.
• Ability to analyze a creative brief and translate it into detailed visual components for AI generation.
• Understanding of image composition, lighting, camera perspectives, styling, product visualization, and photorealistic image creation.
• Good understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and visual storytelling..
• Experience working in a fast-paced startup, agency, or creative production environment.
• Strong portfolio showcasing digital campaigns, social media creatives, and AI-generated or AI-assisted creative work.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and time management skills.

Plus

• Hands-on experience with AI video generation models such as Seedance, Kling, Veo, Runway, Pika, and similar platforms.
• Experience creating social media ads, performance marketing videos, and brand films using AI-assisted production techniques.
• Understanding of emerging AI trends in design, advertising, video production, and creative automation.
• Motion design, video editing, and post-production skills are a strong advantage.
