Qualifications

• 1–4 years of experience in Operations or similar.
• Startup/high-growth experience preferred.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools in day-to-day work.
• Strong analytical and ownership skills.
• AI-enabled work such as automations, dashboards, or SOPs is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify operational bottlenecks and solve them using AI-powered solutions.
• Build AI-assisted workflows, SOPs, dashboards, trackers, and automations.
• Leverage AI tools to improve operational efficiency.
• Analyze operational data and identify improvement opportunities.

Eligibility Criteria

• This is a full-time, Work from Office role based in Delhi.
• 1–4 years of experience in Operations, Business Operations, Process Excellence, or a similar role.
• Experience in a startup or high-growth environment is preferred.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools in day-to-day work.
• Strong analytical, communication, and ownership skills.
• AI-enabled work such as automations, workflows, dashboards, or SOPs will be an added advantage.
