TravClan in Delhi seeks a hands-on bookings operations associate to manage flight/hotel/packages bookings and coordinate with suppliers and customers for timely confirmations.

You will ensure customer delight, handle escalations, and work closely with founders in a fast-paced startup environment. Night shifts are required, and a disciplined, process-driven approach is essential for success.

Responsibilities

• Complete all bookings and flight/hotel/packages operations-related tasks including cancellations, refunds, etc.
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely quotes and booking details (vouchers, confirmations).
• Coordinate with customers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of services.
• Manage feedback and escalations from customers and vendors; ensure customer delight.
• Demonstrate multitasking abilities.

• Manage feedback and escalations from customers and vendors.
