Job summary

Ushakiron Movies Private Limited (Ramoji Film City) is seeking a hands-on Graphic Designer to turn campaign briefs into sharp, on-brand visuals for digital, print, and on-ground collateral across RFC's Tourism, Hospitality, and Events verticals.

You will design for social, website, email, and offline materials, maintain the design system, and collaborate with a video editor, PPC team, and agencies to keep messaging aligned.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on design experience (agency or in-house).
• Expert-level daily proficiency in Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Working knowledge of CorelDRAW and Canva for quick-turnaround work.
• Strong typography, layout, colour, and brand guideline consistency.
• Comfortable preparing print-ready/press-ready files (die-lines, CMYK).
• Able to work fast in a high-volume marketing calendar.

Responsibilities

Role Summary:

A hands-on Graphic Designer who can turn campaign briefs into sharp, on-brand visual assets at speed working across digital, print, and on-ground collateral for RFC's Tourism, Hospitality, and Events verticals.

Role & responsibilities

• Design creatives for paid/organic social, website, email/WhatsApp, and on-ground collateral (standees, banners, kiosks).
• Translate campaign briefs and brand guidelines into consistent, high-quality visual output within tight turnaround times.
• Maintain and evolve the RFC visual design system across verticals (Tourism, Glamping, Sukhibhava, Celestia, etc.).
• Collaborate with the Video Editor, PPC Executive, and external creative/PR agencies to keep creative and messaging aligned.
• Manage multiple concurrent briefs across festivals, carnivals, and always-on campaigns

Preferred candidate profile

Must-Have Skills & Tools:

• 3+ years of hands-on design experience (agency or in-house) with a strong portfolio.
• Expert-level, daily working proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
• Working knowledge of CorelDRAW and Canva for quick-turnaround and templated design work.
• Strong sense of typography, layout, colour, and brand-guideline consistency
• Comfortable preparing print-ready and press-ready files (die-lines, bleed, CMYK).
• Ability to work fast in a high-volume, deadline-driven marketing calendar.
