Job summary

Goodfit in Mumbai is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with 2–3 years of experience to join our Creative team. The role spans digital, social, branding, packaging, and campaign visuals, with some video editing and AI-assisted development.

You will translate briefs into strong visuals, maintain brand consistency, and adapt designs across multiple formats while collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet tight timelines.

Qualifications

The role will involve working acrossdigital, social media, brand, marketing, packaging, and campaign creatives, along with basic video editing and AI-assisted creative development.

We are looking for someone who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, can translate briefs into strong visual outputs, and is able to adapt designs across multiple formats and platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop creative assets forsocial media, digital platforms, campaigns, website, marketing, and brand communication.
• Create visually engaging designs while maintaining consistency with brand guidelines.
• Adapt master creatives into multiple sizes and formats across digital and social platforms.
• Work closely with the Creative, Brand, Marketing, and Content teams to understand briefs and deliver designs within timelines.
• Supportbasic video editing and motion graphicsfor social media, digital campaigns, and brand content.
• Explore and incorporateAI toolsinto the creative process for ideation, visual exploration, image generation, and faster creative development.
• Work on creative concepts, moodboards, visual references, layouts, and design adaptations.
• Assist withpackaging and print design requirements, including artwork adaptations and production-ready files.
• Maintain strong attention to detail across typography, spacing, colour, imagery, and overall visual consistency.
• Stay updated with emerging design trends, AI tools, visual styles, and digital content formats.

Qualifications

Candidates should share a portfolio showcasing theirdesign, digital creatives, branding, video/motion work, and AI-assisted creative projects, wherever applicable.
