Job summary

Wonder Valley Recreation and Hospitality Pvt. Ltd. in Bengaluru (on-site) seeks a senior graphic designer to own output across six brands: Area 83, AURA, Dune Villas, Fit District, SLYY's Smokehouse and 91 RC Crew.

You will deliver high-volume, live-output content, from social posts to print collateral, within tight timelines. You will turn on-site photography into finished creatives within hours, maintain brand kits, and coordinate with printers.

Qualifications

• Portfolio showing shipped work across social, print and large-format.
• Expert in Photoshop and Illustrator; working knowledge of InDesign.
• Fluent in Canva with building and managing brand kits and templates.
• Strong typography and layout fundamentals; you can explain why a layout works.
• Print production knowledge: bleed, CMYK, dielines, large-format scaling, vendor handoff.
• Ability to handle 5 to 10 deliverables a day across brands without quality dropping.
• Comfortable receiving direct feedback and turning revisions around fast.
• Based in Bengaluru or willing to relocate

Responsibilities

• Design daily social content (posts, stories, reels covers, carousels) for six brands in priority order.
• Produce outdoor and print work: highway hoardings, venue signage, wayfinding, standees, menus, flyers, event collateral and merchandise.
• Build sales and partnership decks, monthly performance reports and pitch documents in Canva and PowerPoint using templates.
• Design wedding, event and corporate offsite proposals for AURA and Area 83.
• Turn on-site photography and video stills into finished creatives within hours.
• Maintain and extend brand kits: logos, colours, templates and asset libraries.
• Prepare print-ready files with bleed, resolution and colour profiles; coordinate with printers and fabricators.
• Work with content and social team on shoot planning so what gets shot is what design needs.
• Adapt one core idea across formats and brands without breaking identity

Experience: 2 to 5 years in a brand, agency or hospitality/entertainment in-house role

About the role

You will be the primary visual output for a group of six live brands: Area 83 (adventure and day-out venue), AURA (luxury resort and wedding venue), Dune Villas, Fit District, SLYY's Smokehouse (food) and 91 RC Crew. Each brand has its own look, tone and audience. The work is high volume, fast turnaround and mostly customer-facing on the same day it is made. You will be judged on output that ships and performs, not on concepts that stay in a folder.

What you will do

• Design daily social content (posts, stories, reels covers, carousels) for all six brands in the priority order set by the marketing lead
• Produce outdoor and print work: highway hoardings, venue signage, wayfinding, standees, menus, flyers, event collateral and merchandise (apparel, umbrellas, packaging)
• Build sales and partnership decks, monthly performance reports and pitch documents in Canva and PowerPoint using the existing templates
• Design wedding, event and corporate offsite proposals for AURA and Area 83
• Turn on-site photography and video stills into finished creatives within hours, not days
• Maintain and extend the brand kits: logo files, colour, type, templates and asset libraries, organised so anyone on the team can find and use them
• Prepare print-ready files with correct bleed, resolution and colour profiles, and coordinate with printers and fabricators on specs
• Work with the content and social team on shoot planning so what gets shot is what design actually needs
• Adapt one core idea across formats and brands without breaking either brand's identity

Must have

• Strong portfolio showing real, shipped work across social, print and large-format
• Expert in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator; working knowledge of InDesign
• Fluent in Canva, including building and managing brand kits and team templates
• Solid typography and layout fundamentals; you can explain why a layout works
• Print production knowledge: bleed, CMYK, dielines, large-format scaling, vendor handoff
• Ability to handle 5 to 10 deliverables a day across brands without quality dropping
• Comfortable receiving direct feedback and turning revisions around fast
• Based in Bengaluru or willing to relocate

Good to have

• Basic motion or video editing (After Effects, Premiere, CapCut) for reels and short ads
• Photography or on-set art direction experience
• Packaging design, particularly food and beverage
• Experience in hospitality, F&B, events, sports or entertainment brands
• Figma for component libraries and multi-brand systems
• Kannada or Hindi copy sensibility for regional creatives

How we will assess you

1. Portfolio review, with emphasis on breadth across formats and evidence of the work being used

2. A paid design test: one social carousel and one hoarding for two different brands from a written brief, with a 48-hour turnaround

3. Interview with the marketing lead and a founder

4. Reference check with a previous manager or client
