Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a data analyst to build and automate HR dashboards, driving insights for HR reporting. You will partner with HR leaders to tailor reports, support HRIS and AI transformation initiatives, and translate people data into actionable business decisions.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in data analysis, strong Tableau/Power BI skills, AI tool experience, and advanced Excel/PowerPoint capabilities to deliver impactful HR dashboards and insights.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in data analysis.
• Strong experience creating, analysing, and communicating data insights to a variety of stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Tableau and Power BI, including designing and developing impactful dashboards and reports.
• Experience using AI tools, including building basic automation or agentic solutions.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Ability to work on HR AI transformation, HRIS transformation, automation, and people data analytics initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Build, populate, and automate HR dashboards to support HR reporting
• Continuously review, improve, redesign, and tailor reporting for HR stakeholders and senior business leaders
• Support the ongoing HRIS transformation by learning the platform and contributing to automation and system enhancements
• Work with the internal AI Transformation Team to plan and build automation and AI solutions aligned with the HR AI transformation strategy
• Analyse people data and present insights that support informed decision-making across the business
