We are looking for a data-driven HR Analytics Specialist to join our Talent Acquisition (TA) team. In this role, you will bridge the gap between raw recruitment data and strategic decision-making. You will be responsible for building dynamic dashboards, tracking key recruitment metrics, and translating complex data into compelling stories for senior stakeholders. If you love diving into Excel, automating workflows with modern AI tools, and helping talent teams recruit smarter and faster, we want to hear from you!
Design, build, and maintain automated TA dashboards and trackers to monitor key metrics (e.g., Time-to-Hire, Cost-per-Hire, Source Effectiveness, Pipeline Velocity, and Offer Acceptance Rates).
Actively identify manual bottlenecks in recruitment reporting and aggressively push for and implement automated solutions wherever required to drive team efficiency.
Prepare and deliver clear, high-impact presentations and reports for leadership and hiring managers to guide strategic hiring decisions.
Identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities within the recruitment funnel to optimize the candidate journey and recruiter productivity.
Audit and maintain the integrity of recruitment data across our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and internal databases.
Leverage Excel and cutting-edge AI tools to automate repetitive reporting tasks, synthesize data summaries, and improve predictive analytics capability.
2 to 4 years of experience in HR analytics, people analytics, or business intelligence (specifically supporting a Talent Acquisition or Recruitment function is a massive plus).
Mastery of advanced Excel functions is non-negotiable (e.g., VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Index/Match, Pivot Tables, Power Query, macros, and complex data modeling).
Hands-on experience using AI tools (like ChatGPT, Claude, Microsoft Copilot, or specialized HR analytics AI) for data cleaning, prompt engineering, macro generation, or text analysis.
Experience with BI tools (Power BI or Tableau) to create visually appealing and easy-to-digest dashboards.
Exceptional ability to "tell a story with data" and confidently present findings to non-technical stakeholders.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Data Analytics, Statistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
