Job summary

Jobtailor in Chennai invites a senior data analyst and automation specialist to build and support analytics programs, deliver Power BI dashboards, semantic models, and KPI scorecards for executives.

You will partner with business units to identify AI use cases, design AI-enabled discovery capabilities, and implement cloud-native data processing with Python, PySpark, Databricks, and SQL, while advancing GenAI initiatives across the organization.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years hands-on experience in Data Analysis, Automation, Cloud-native development.
• Proven track record delivering cloud-native solutions and automations in production.
• Ability to interpret complex data into meaningful business insights.
• Strong programming in Python, PySpark, Databricks, BigQuery/Redshift, and SQL.
• Deep knowledge of Python libraries: NumPy, Pandas, Matplotlib.
• Understanding GenAI applications; experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) is a plus.
• Experience designing APIs with FastAPI/Flask.
• Understanding of MLOps: model versioning, CI/CD, automated evaluation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
