Time Hack Consulting is seeking an Executive level AGM Projects to lead the planning, execution, and closure of multiple complex initiatives. The role requires seasoned leadership, driving operational excellence, and guiding cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to high quality standards.

• Project Planning & Scheduling – develop and maintain detailed project schedules with internal stakeholders.
• Site & Execution Management – spend significant time on-site to ensure coordination with execution plans.
• Team Leadership & Stakeholder Management – lead and mentor a high-performing site team; coordinate across Design, Planning, QS, Procurement, CRM, and Leadership.
• Vendor, Resource & Store Management – onboard and manage vendors; optimize manpower, materials, machines, and money.
• Risk Management & Problem Solving – identify risks; implement mitigation plans and escalate when needed.
• Financial & Cash Flow Coordination – plan cash flows; report on expenditures and vendor payments.
• Cultural Fit & Ownership – be proactive, accountable, and foster collaboration and continuous improvement.

The Assistant General Manager (AGM) Projects will be a pivotal leader responsible for overseeing the successful planning, execution, and closure of multiple complex projects within the organization. This senior role requires a seasoned professional with a proven track record in managing large-scale initiatives, driving operational excellence, and leading cross-functional teams to achieve strategic objectives. The AGM Projects will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, while effectively managing risks and stakeholder expectations. This position demands strong leadership, exceptional problem-solving abilities, and a deep understanding of project management principles and industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Planning & Scheduling
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules in collaboration with internal stakeholders – planning, QS, Procurement and design teams, ensuring realistic timelines aligned to execution realities.
• Continuously monitor progress against the schedule, identify bottlenecks early, and implement recovery plans to stay on track.
• Ensure milestones are clearly defined and met without compromising quality or safety.
• Site & Execution Management
• Spend significant time on-site to ensure seamless coordination and adherence to execution plans.
• Pre-empt construction challenges by interpreting drawings, identifying risks, and providing timely solutions to the site team.
• Drive high-quality construction standards and ensure QA/QC protocols are implemented.
• Uphold strict safety compliance and proactively mitigate potential incidents.
• Team Leadership & Stakeholder Management
• Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing site team, ensuring clarity of responsibilities and ownership.
• Coordinate across internal stakeholders (Design, Planning, QS, Procurement, CRM, and Leadership) and external stakeholders (Architects, Consultants, Contractors, Vendors) for seamless execution.
• Maintain clear communication and reporting with senior leadership on project status, challenges, and proposed solutions.
• Vendor, Resource & Store Management
• Manage vendor onboarding, coordination, and performance to ensure continuous work without disruption.
• Ensure inventory and resource management – manpower, materials, machinery, and money – are optimized for uninterrupted progress.
• Collaborate closely with procurement and stores to forecast requirements and prevent resource bottlenecks.
• Risk Management & Problem Solving
• Identify project risks proactively (timeline, cost, quality, safety) and develop effective mitigation plans.
• Solve on-ground problems quickly and decisively, escalating only when required, to ensure the project moves forward without delays.
• Financial & Cash Flow Coordination
• Work closely with leadership to plan cash flows and projections, ensuring site progress is never stalled due to financial dependencies.
• Provide timely reports on project expenditure, vendor payments and material requirements.
• Cultural Fit & Ownership
