Job Summary:

TheAGM Fleet operations act as Hub Head for multiple Hubs across the city responsible for overseeing the operations, management, and performance of the hub. This role involves strategic planning, staff management, and ensuring the hub meets its financial and operational goals. The Hub Head will work closely with senior management to implement company policies and strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Operational Management:
Oversee daily operations of the hub to ensure efficiency and performance.
Develop and implement operational strategies in line with company goals.
Monitor and improve processes to increase productivity and quality.

2. Staff Management:

Lead, motivate, and manage a team of employees.
Conduct performance reviews and provide training and development opportunities.
Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
Manage the hub's budget and ensure financial targets are met.
Analyze financial reports and make data-driven decisions.
Identify and implement cost‑saving initiatives.

4. Customer Service:

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective service delivery.
Address customer complaints and implement solutions.
Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders.

5. Strategic Planning:
