Shadowfax Technologies seeks an experienced Sub Zonal Manager to oversee logistics operations across hubs within the sub-zone, ensuring excellence and targets achievement.

You will lead Hub Managers and field teams, drive metrics such as shipment volume, productivity, TAT, SLA adherence, and cost efficiency, while coordinating with HR, Finance, CX, Sales, and Central Operations.

• Ensure adequate manpower planning and optimize workforce utilization.

• Manage escalations related to operations, customers, manpower, shipments, and service levels.
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs, operational processes, safety guidelines, and audit requirements.
• Drive initiatives for cost optimization, productivity improvement, process standardization, and network efficiency.
• Analyze operational data and prepare regular performance reports for leadership.
• Support new hub launches, network expansion, and operational transitions within the assigned sub-zone.
• Ensure timely resolution of operational issues and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
• Develop and mentor the team to build a strong operational leadership pipeline.
