Job summary

The Corporate Institute is seeking an urgent Vice President – Finance Transformation to lead end-to-end F&A and technology-enabled finance transformations. The role requires hands-on SAP/Oracle experience, deep techno-functional expertise, and a track record with CPG/FMCG clients.

You will own the value realization targets, orchestrate multi-workstream programs, and partner with sales and delivery teams to design and implement agentic finance solutions for senior executives.

Qualifications

• Excellent experience in F&A Transformation.
• Strong experience in Finance & Accounting transformation, leading large-scale initiatives.
• Techno-functional expertise with deep Finance domain knowledge.
• Hands-on SAP and/or Oracle implementation and transformation experience.
• Experience delivering Finance Transformation engagements for CPG, FMCG, and Consumer Goods clients.

• Owns the full phase from solutioning through design, build and implementation across all transformation pillars.
• Leads the transformation blueprint at mobilization and tracks progress with the client journey.
• Leverages cross-skilled pods and technology teams for to-be redesigns and digital solutions.
• Brings techno-functional depth to steer complex data and AI transformation programs.
• Acts as trusted advisor to client executives, shaping the value roadmap for agentic transformation.
• Owns transformation bookings and value realization targets for assigned accounts.
• Partners with Sales, DTAI Delivery, LDT, G Agentic SW and Digital Operations to co-design and run new agentic solutions.

• Excellent experience in F&A Transformation.
• Strong experience in Finance & Accounting transformation, with a track record of leading large-scale transformation initiatives.
• Must have Techno-Functional Expertise. Strong techno-functional background, complemented by deep domain expertise in Finance.
• Hands-on exposure to SAP and/or Oracle implementation and transformation programs.
• Experience delivering Finance Transformation engagements for CPG, FMCG, and Consumer Goods clients.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Accountable for end-to-end transformation and value realization:

– Owns the full phase from solutioning support through design, build and implementation across all four transformation pillars.

Executes to the transformation playbook:

– Leads the transformation blueprint at mobilization and executes to it, the client always knows where they are on the journey and what comes next; drives the account’s wave calendar and cross-skilled pod.

Deploys the pod’s experts:

– Leverages LDT process experts and the Transformation Architect’s technology team for to-be process redesign and the implementation of digital solutions, assembling the right cross-skilled pod for each wave rather than building parallel capacity.

Brings techno-functional depth:

– Has led and steered complex data and AI transformation programs and can credibly challenge technical choices and partner designs, with the executive presence to navigate C-suite stakeholders and steer ambiguous, multi-workstream programs.

Client-facing agentic AI advisor:

– Acts as the trusted advisor to client executives, shaping and orchestrating the value roadmap for agentic transformation, defining the ambition, sequencing the use-case portfolio, and holding the line on measurable business value.

Carries commercial accountability:

– Owns transformation booking and value-realization targets for assigned accounts.

Orchestrates across the delivery ecosystem:

– Not a standalone role; partners with Sales, DTAI Delivery, LDT, G Agentic SW and Digital Operations to co-design and implement new agentic and technology solutions, aligning commercial commitments with what gets built and run.
