Job summary

Mavenbmc Faridabad is seeking a production operator to handle press/blanking machines, dies, tooling and material feeding for sheet-metal components. You will monitor line productivity, OEE, cycle time, downtime and rejection/rework, perform die setting and changeovers, ensure first-piece approval, and maintain process quality in line with PFMEA and customer requirements.

You will drive 5S, Kaizen, Lean initiatives and coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, PPC and Tool Room to resolve issues;

Qualifications

• Must be able to monitor line productivity and OEE accurately.
• Must maintain process quality and comply with PFMEA and control plans.
• Must coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, PPC and Tool Room teams.

Responsibilities
