Job summary

Ipca in Wardha, Maharashtra, India, is seeking a production professional to support safety, quality, and efficient production operations. The role involves coordinating with production teams, ensuring adherence to SOPs, and maintaining compliance with HSE standards.

You will prepare and review production schedules, monitor ongoing activities, supervise manpower deployment within the production block, and contribute to QMS reviews and continuous improvement efforts.

Responsibilities

• Support the functions of production department (Safety and Quality).
• Prepare and review production schedule.
• Review and monitor the production activities.
• Review and monitor manpower management of the production block and deploy the work.
• Prepare, review and revise Standard Operating Procedures.
• Handle solvent related activities: stock verification, spent disposal, solvent treatment, emission control, etc.
• Prepare & review HSE documents like process.
• Review of Quality Management System (QMS).
