Job summary

Ashiana Housing Limited in Delhi (HO) is seeking a Senior Architect/AGM-DGM with a B. Arch and 10+ years of experience to lead architectural design and coordination for large residential projects.

You will develop concept and design-development drawings, coordinate with consultants and vendors, ensure compliance with bye-laws and approvals, and guide a team of architects through project delivery.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop and review concept, schematic and design-development drawings.
• Prepare site layouts, architectural plans, parking and interiors.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, interior designers, vendors and project teams.
• Review GFC drawings and provide timely design clarifications to engineering teams.
• Coordinate sanction drawings and provide inputs for RERA, MOEF and other approvals/NOCs.
• Conduct site inspections and material/sample approvals to ensure design and quality.

How can you make an Impact?

• Develop and review concept, schematic & design-development drawings, including site layouts, architectural plans, parking and interiors.
• Optimize designs for functionality, saleability, compliance and design intent.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, interior designers, vendors and project teams for seamless design integration.
• Review GFC drawings and provide timely design clarifications to engineering/project teams.
• Coordinate sanction drawings and provide architectural inputs for RERA, MOEF & amp; other statutory approvals/NOCs.
• Conduct site inspections, mock-up reviews and material/sample approvals to ensure design and quality standards

What are we looking for?

• B. Arch with 10+ years of experience in architectural design and coordination, preferably with a reputed architectural consultancy or real estate developer.
• Strong experience in large residential/group housing projects, preferably across multiple locations.
• Sound understanding of building bye-laws, planning parameters, area calculations and statutory requirements.
• Strong design and technical knowledge, with the ability to address design and site-related concerns.
• Experience in coordinating with Design Consultants, Engineering/Projects, Sales and Maintenance teams.
• Ability to lead and manage a team of architects and work closely with senior leadership.
• Good understanding of materials, vendors and budgetary pricing relevant to architectural works.
