Job summary

Mounee Consulting Services Private Limited in Jaipur, Rajasthan, is seeking an experienced Senior Architect to lead a design development team for high-rise residential and commercial projects. You will coordinate with structural, MEP, landscape, interior, and façade consultants and drive project deliverables from design development through GFC and site execution.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Architecture is mandatory.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience in high-rise residential and/or commercial projects is highly preferred.
• Proven experience in design development, technical documentation, GFC drawings, consultant coordination, and site execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead architectural planning, design development, and detailed documentation for high-rise residential and commercial projects.
• Prepare, review, and manage working drawings, GFC drawings, plans, elevations, sections, schedules, and construction details.
• Coordinate architectural requirements with structural, MEP, landscape, interior, façade, and other project consultants.
• Review consultant drawings to identify clashes, inconsistencies, service conflicts, and constructability issues.
• Participate in client meetings, consultant coordination meetings, design reviews, and internal project discussions.
• Review shop drawings, material submissions, and technical proposals to ensure alignment with approved design intent.
• Conduct site visits and reviews to resolve architectural/design-related queries and ensure execution follows approved drawings.
• Provide technical guidance and support to junior architects and team members.
• Monitor project deliverables, timelines, drawing revisions, and documentation quality.
• Maintain proper revision control and ensure drawings are issued accurately and within project timelines.
• Support the project team in resolving design, technical, and execution-related challenges.

About The Role

Our organisation is expanding its Architecture Team and is looking for an experienced and technically strong Senior Architect to lead design development, technical documentation, consultant coordination, and project delivery for high-rise residential and commercial projects.

The ideal candidate should have strong architectural design understanding, excellent technical documentation skills, experience in multidisciplinary coordination, and the ability to independently manage project deliverables from design development through GFC documentation and site execution.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Strong understanding of building planning, core and circulation planning, construction detailing, façade systems, and services coordination.

Technical Skills

• Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp.
• Good working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop.
• Proficiency in presentation tools and Microsoft Office.
• Strong ability to read, review, coordinate, and interpret architectural and consultant drawings.
• Knowledge of construction detailing and architectural documentation standards.
