Job summary

Ashiana Housing Limited in New Delhi is seeking a seasoned AGM/DGM of Architecture to lead architectural design and coordination for large residential projects. You will develop concept to design-development drawings, ensure compliance and oversee site interfaces.

The role requires B. Arch with 10+ years, strong knowledge of bye-laws and approvals, and the ability to lead a team and coordinate with consultants, vendors and internal teams to deliver designs on time and within budgets.

Qualifications

• B.Arch with 10+ years of experience in architectural design and coordination.
• Strong experience in large residential/group housing projects.
• Sound understanding of building bye-laws, planning parameters, area calculations and statutory requirements.
• Experience coordinating with Design Consultants, Engineering/Projects, Sales and Maintenance teams.
• Ability to lead and manage a team of architects and work closely with senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Develop and review concept, schematic & design-development drawings, including site layouts, architectural plans, parking and interiors.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, interior designers, vendors and project teams for seamless design integration.
• Review GFC drawings and provide timely design clarifications to engineering/project teams.
• Coordinate sanction drawings and provide architectural inputs for RERA, MOEF & other statutory approvals/NOCs.
• Conduct site inspections, mock-up reviews and material/sample approvals to ensure design and quality standards
