Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Architecture and Architectural Design, including concept development and space planning.

• Proficiency with AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp and Adobe Suite is beneficial.

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Architect role based in New Delhi. The Architect will be responsible for developing architectural concepts, preparing detailed drawings, and coordinating design documentation across project phases. Daily tasks include collaborating with the design team, consultants, and clients; reviewing plans for functionality, sustainability, and compliance; and supporting design presentations. The role involves managing project timelines, assisting with site visits and inspections, and integrating digital tools into the design process to ensure high-quality delivery of built spaces.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Architecture and Architectural Design, including concept development, space planning, and construction detailing.
• Candidates should possess skills in Software Development and Integration as they apply to architectural workflows, such as using BIM, CAD tools, and digital design platforms.
• Candidates should possess skills in Project Management, including coordination of stakeholders, scheduling, and basic budgeting and resource planning.
• Proficiency with industry-standard design and documentation software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Suite or similar) is beneficial.
• A professional degree in Architecture (B.Arch or equivalent) from an accredited institution is preferred.
• Strong visual communication, presentation, and collaboration skills, with attention to detail and an interest in sustainable, culturally rooted design.
