You will collaborate across Legal, Procurement, Finance, and Operations, maintain contract records, and advise on obligations

Qualifications

• Law degree (LL.B or equivalent); additional certifications in contract management or technology law preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in reviewing and negotiating contracts.
• Proven expertise in commercial, technology, and service contracts; familiarity with MSA, SOW; strong understanding of contract law, IP, data privacy, and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills; ability to manage multiple contracts under tight deadlines; strong stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Review, draft, and negotiate a wide range of contracts including Commercial, Technology, Service, MSA, and SOW.
• Ensure contracts comply with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Identify and mitigate legal and business risks in contractual terms.
• Collaborate with Legal, Procurement, Finance, and Operations to align terms with business objectives.
• Maintain accurate records of contract versions, approvals, and execution status.
• Provide legal guidance on obligations, liabilities, and dispute resolution.
• Support continuous improvement of contract templates and processes.

Key Responsibilities

Review, draft, and negotiate a wide range of contracts, including:

• Commercial Contracts
• Technology Contracts
• Service Agreements
• Master Service Agreements (MSA)
• Statements of Work (SOW)
• Other forms of contractual documents as required
• Ensure contracts comply with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Identify and mitigate potential legal and business risks in contractual terms.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Legal, Procurement, Finance, Operations) to align contract terms with business objectives.
• Maintain accurate records of contract versions, approvals, and execution status.
• Provide legal advice and guidance on contractual obligations, liabilities, and dispute resolution.
• Support continuous improvement of contract templates and processes.
