Aditya Birla Health Insurance is seeking a sales-focused professional to recruit and onboard insurance advisors and agents, train and develop them to boost productivity, and drive health insurance sales through the agency channel. You will conduct regular meetings and field activities to support agents in lead generation, customer acquisition, and policy conversion.

The role requires experience in field sales and will suit candidates with 1-3 years in Agency/Insurance/Banking or Direct/Field

Qualifications

• Experience in field sales preferred.
• 1–3 years in Agency Sales, Insurance Sales, Banking/Financial Services, Direct Sales, or Field Sales.
