Aditya Birla Health Insurance invites applications for a field sales role focused on agency distribution. You will recruit and onboard insurance advisors, train and motivate them, and drive health insurance product sales through the agency channel.

You will conduct regular meetings with agents, assist in lead generation and customer acquisition, and monitor performance to achieve business targets. Prior experience in agency or field sales is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in field sales is preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in Agency Sales, Insurance Sales, Banking, Financial Services, Direct Sales, or Field Sales.
