Aditya Birla Health Insurance is seeking a field sales-oriented professional to recruit and onboard insurance advisors/agents in the Thane region. The role focuses on training and developing agents to boost productivity and drive health insurance sales through the agency channel.

The candidate will conduct regular field meetings, assist agents with lead generation and policy conversions, and monitor performance to meet business targets. Prior experience in agency or field sales is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in field sales will be preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience in Agency Sales, Insurance Sales, Banking, Financial Services, Direct Sales, or Field Sales.
