Job summary

Aditya Birla Health Insurance is seeking a dynamic sales professional to recruit and onboard insurance advisors in Mumbai. You will train, motivate, and develop agents to sell insurance products effectively while driving sales through the agency channel to meet premium and revenue targets.

You will conduct regular field visits and joint sales calls, monitor agent performance, and support agents in lead generation, customer acquisition, and policy closing, contributing to the growth of the agency

Qualifications

• 1-5 years of experience in sales, insurance, banking, BFSI, or agency channel management.
• Strong networking and relationship management skills.
• Good communication and team-building abilities.
