Job summary

HDFC ERGO General Insurance is hiring a Senior Agency Manager in Mumbai to drive Health insurance agency premium and manage agency recruitment. The role requires steering sales teams, leveraging data analytics, and maintaining unified agency practices across the West region.

The ideal candidate has 1–5 years in agency sales, strong MS Office skills, and knowledge of the Health insurance domain. A Graduate or PG in Sales & Marketing is preferred, with a permanent employment setup.

Qualifications

• Graduate/PG in Sales and Marketing or equivalent.
• Experience in sales/agency management within the insurance sector is preferred.
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
