Job summary

Aditya Birla Capital Ltd. Ludhiana is seeking energetic insurance sales professionals to recruit and onboard insurance advisors/agents, train them on products and processes, and provide field support to close sales.

You will drive business through the agency channel, monitor advisor performance, and work toward monthly and quarterly targets while motivating the team for sustained growth.

Qualifications

• 1 to 5 years of experience in insurance sales or financial services.
• Experience in team handling and advisor recruitment is preferred.
• Undergraduate qualification will be eligible.
