Job summary

EMotorad in Pune is seeking an After-sales Service Engineer to handle warranty claims, diagnose issues, and coordinate with customers and dealers. You will maintain service data and perform basic RCA using Excel.

The role requires a B.Tech in ME/EE/Electronics, fluency in English/Hindi/Marathi, and an openness to learn dealership operations and B2B/B2C after-sales processes in a fast-growing EV company.

Qualifications

• B.Tech in Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics Engineering is required.
• Fluency in English, Hindi and Marathi is essential.
• Exposure to both B2B and B2C after-sales service processes is expected.
