Job summary

Adsreverb Digital Private Limited in Bengaluru (India) is seeking a performance-driven Affiliate Manager to manage and scale mobile campaigns across global markets. You will build strong affiliate partnerships, optimize campaign performance, and drive revenue through CPI, CPA, and CPL models.

Responsibilities include onboarding and maintaining affiliate networks, driving quality mobile traffic, monitoring KPIs, coordinating with Ad Ops/Media Buying/Sales, and ensuring fraud detection and traffic

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in affiliate marketing focused on mobile campaigns.
• Strong network of affiliates, publishers, and media partners.
• Hands-on experience with tracking platforms HasOffers, Affise, AppsFlyer, Adjust.
• Good understanding of mobile attribution, tracking links, and postbacks.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret campaign data.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

• Identify, onboard, and maintain relationships with new and existing affiliates/publishers.
• Drive high-quality traffic for mobile app campaigns (CPI, CPA, CPL).
• Monitor campaign performance and optimize based on KPIs like ROI, retention, and conversions.
• Coordinate with internal teams (Ad Ops, Media Buying, Sales) for campaign execution.
• Negotiate payouts, margins, and deal terms with affiliates.
• Analyze data and provide insights to improve campaign performance.
• Ensure fraud detection and maintain traffic quality standards.
• Stay updated with market trends, new traffic sources, and competitor activities.
