Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Mobile Affiliate Manager at Bondaya. The Mobile Affiliate Manager will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with partners and clients. Daily tasks include tracking and optimizing campaigns, analyzing performance data, and identifying new opportunities for growth.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of hands‑on experience in a digital marketing agency or network.
• Affiliate Marketing, Partner Relationship Management, and mobile campaign management.
• At least 1 year experience (hands‑on) working on MMP platforms such as Appsflyer/Adjust/Appmetrica etc.
• At least 1 year hands‑on experience working on affise/swarm/everflow or other third‑party campaign tracking software.
• Highly experienced with Excel (pivots, vlookup) and in how to analyze and track campaign performance.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills, preferably with a big network in the industry.
• Ability to work independently and remotely without being micromanaged.
• Preferably, experience buying media on self‑serve DSPs.
