PwC Acceleration Center India is seeking a Salesforce Technical Lead/Manager to guide multidisciplinary teams in integrating and optimizing Salesforce systems. You will manage client accounts, lead strategic planning, and mentor junior staff while driving continuous improvement and delivery excellence across the Salesforce practice.

You will focus on leading system integrations, ensuring data integrity, and leveraging APIs to enhance client solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of experience.
• Proficiency in English (oral and written).
• Salesforce certifications aligned to integration delivery are preferred.

As an AES Salesforce Technical Lead/Manager - Consult, you will guide multidisciplinary teams in the integration and optimization of Salesforce systems, enhancing client business applications. Within our Commercial & Service Excellence network, you will leverage your strategic vision and business acumen to deliver impactful Salesforce solutions. As a Manager, you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for confirming project success and maintaining standards. Enhancing your leadership style, you motivate, develop, and inspire others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team members’ unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. What You Must Have

• At least a Bachelor’s degree
• At least 8 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

• Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Computer and Information Science & Accounting, Information Technology, Management Information Systems
• At least one of the following: One or more Salesforce certifications aligned to system integration delivery, such as Salesforce Certified Administrator, Platform App Builder, Sales or Service Cloud Consultant, Integration Architecture Designer, or Platform Developer I
• Demonstrating proficiency in Salesforce APIs and Salesforce Customization
• Utilizing Salesforce Data Architecture and Salesforce Integration skills
