PwC Acceleration Center India is looking for an AES Salesforce Developer – Senior Associate (Operate) to connect Salesforce with other systems, enabling seamless data flow and process automation. You will design, develop, and implement integration solutions using Salesforce APIs, middleware, and web services.

As a Senior Associate, you will build client connections, guide teams, and deliver high-quality integration projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 4 years of experience with Salesforce and data integration.
• Proficient in English (oral and written).
• Experience as a Salesforce and Data developer.
• Knowledge of Salesforce flows, Lightning components, APEX, SOQL, ETL migration tools, REST & SOAP web services.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

As an AES Salesforce Developer – Senior Associate- Operate, you will play a pivotal role in connecting Salesforce with other systems, applications, or databases to enable seamless data flow and process automation. Within our Commercial & Service Excellence practice, you will focus on designing, developing, and implementing integration solutions using various integration technologies and tools, such as Salesforce APIs, middleware platforms, and web services.

As a Senior Associate, you will build meaningful client connections and learn how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand and deepening your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality solutions even when the path forward isn’t clear. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will leverage your skills in business application consulting to help clients optimize operational efficiency, analyze client needs, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilization of business applications. What You Must Have

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 4 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

• Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Computer and Information Science & Accounting, Information Technology, Management Information Systems
• Experience as a Salesforce and Data developer
• Knowledge in Salesforce flows, Lightning components, APEX, SOQL, ETL migration tools, REST & SOAP web services
• Proficient in overseeing a support ticketing queue with multiple open items, demonstrating strong written and oral communication skills
• Capable of leading team and client status meetings and extracting relevant metrics
• Handles client relationships, enabling effective communication
• Offers functional and/or technical subject matter expertise (AES Salesforce Senior Associate (Sr. Analyst) – Operate)
• Participates in process and/or redesign efforts
• At least one of the following: One or more Salesforce certifications aligned to system integration delivery, such as Salesforce Certified Administrator, Platform App Builder, Sales or Service Cloud Consultant, Integration Architecture Designer, or Platform Developer I
• Demonstrating proficiency in Salesforce APIs and Salesforce Customization
• Utilizing analytical thinking to interpret data for insights and recommendationsExcelling in integration architecture implementation and middleware development
