As a Salesforce Adobe Content- AEM Sites, Assets, Workfront, Genstudio- Senior Associate, you will engage with clients to analyze their needs, implement software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilization of business applications. Within our Commercial & Service Excellence practice, you will leverage your broad range of consulting skills across various Salesforce applications to help clients optimize operational efficiency and achieve their strategic objectives.

As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and learning how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand and deepening your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality solutions even when the path forward isn’t clear. What You Must Have

• At least a Bachelor's degree


• At least 4 years of experience


• Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

• Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Computer and Information Science, Management Information Systems


• At least one of the following: Salesforce Certified Administrator; additional Salesforce certifications such as Business Analyst, Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, or other role-relevant Salesforce Cloud certifications


• Demonstrating proficiency in Salesforce Lightning and Salesforce Service Cloud
