As a Salesforce Adobe Content- AEM Sites, Assets, Workfront, Genstudio- Manager, you will engage with clients to analyze their needs, implement software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilization of business applications. Within our Commercial & Service Excellence practice, you will leverage your broad range of consulting skills across various Salesforce applications to help clients optimize operational efficiency and achieve their strategic objectives.

As a Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading teams and managing client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for project success and maintaining standards, motivating and inspiring others to deliver quality. You will be responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to meet client expectations. What You Must Have

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 8 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required

• At least one of the following: Salesforce Certified Administrator; additional Salesforce certifications such as Business Analyst, Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, or other role-relevant Salesforce Cloud certifications
