Job summary

PwC Acceleration Center India seeks a Salesforce CG Cloud, Senior Associate‑AES Operate, to analyze client needs, implement Salesforce solutions, and provide training for seamless adoption. You will work with Advisory, Assurance, Tax and Business Services teams to optimize operations and drive client success.

You will develop training materials, lead customer engagements, and mentor junior teammates while upholding PwC standards and professional ethics.

Qualifications

As a Salesforce CG Cloud, Senior Associate‑AES Operate, you will engage with clients to analyze their needs, implement software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilization of Salesforce applications. Within our Technology Consulting practice, you will leverage your skills to help clients optimize operational efficiency and achieve their strategic objectives. As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and learning how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand and deepening your technical skills. What You Must Have

• Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Computer and Information Science, Management Information Systems
• At least one of the following: Salesforce Certified Administrator; additional Salesforce certifications such as Business Analyst, Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, or other role-relevant Salesforce Cloud certifications
