Overview

AES Guidewire Digital Portal Associate Developer - Operate at PwC Acceleration Center India. PwC’s business application consulting helps clients optimise operational efficiency by analysing needs, implementing software solutions, and providing training and support for seamless integration and utilisation of business applications. As a Guidewire developer, you will specialise in designing, coding, and testing solutions using the Guidewire platform for insurance organizations.

Our Managed Services team focuses on evolving client applications and cloud portfolios to maximise value and drive transformation and innovation.

Responsibilities

• As an Associate, work as part of a problem-solving team to address complex business issues from strategy to execution.
• Deal with ambiguous problems and take ownership for delivering quality work that drives client value.
• Engage with stakeholders, anticipate needs, and propose potential solutions; contribute technical knowledge in your area of expertise.
• Help build an environment where people and technology thrive together and collaborate with cross-border and diverse teams.
• Maintain ethical standards and the firm's code of conduct.

Qualifications

• Minimum Degree Required: Bachelor Degree and/or 3 years of equivalent experience.
• Demonstrates advanced abilities in Guidewire and Application Evolution Services (AES) with experience delivering complex engagements within the Guidewire product suite.
• Experience delivering Guidewire solutions on-premises and in cloud/hybrid environments; ability to navigate business processes and provide strategic value.
• Ability to develop scalable Guidewire solution strategies and contribute to proposals and advisory-level work.
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills; comfortable with client-facing activities and working with global teams.
• Lead or contribute to solution design, delivery governance, and delivery reviews; manage expectations and escalate issues as needed.
• Technical knowledge of Guidewire Digital Portals, PolicyCenter, ClaimsCenter, BillingCenter, and ContactManager integrations; familiar with JDP, React/Typescript, and testing tools; XML/JSON, and build tools (ANT, Maven, Gradle).
