Responsibilities
- As an Associate, work as part of a team of problem solvers to help solve complex business issues from strategy to execution.
- Contribute technical knowledge in your area of expertise and deliver Guidewire application solutions that address both business processes and enterprise solution perspectives.
- Deliver high-quality solutions with ownership and accountability, adapting to a fast-paced environment with diverse clients and teams.
- Build trusted client relationships, participate in solution discussions, and support proposal development where applicable.
- Be comfortable with sustained periods of client solution instability and escalations, and contribute to internal documents such as white papers, blogs, and training materials.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
Minimum Degree Required: Bachelor Degree and/or 3 years of equivalent experience
Preferred Qualifications
Preferred Knowledge/Skills: Demonstrates advanced abilities in Guidewire Suite (on premises and SaaS), delivering complex engagements on time and on budget; expertise in Guidewire AES/AMS delivery and guiding client discussions with strategic value. Strong capabilities in business process understanding, enterprise solution perspectives, and the ability to work with hybrid IT landscapes (on premises and cloud).
- Experience delivering Guidewire application solutions and navigating business processes and enterprise perspectives at a high level.
- Ability to develop scalable Guidewire solution strategies in hybrid IT environments.
- Proven ability to develop new market-differentiated Guidewire solutions and support proposal development; able to discuss future Guidewire roadmap with clients.
- Focus on AES: assist clients in Guidewire support and process improvement, with proactive approach to quality.
- Experience with Guidewire domains in P&C (e.g., Auto, Home, Commercial, Workman’s Comp) and related client needs.
- Skills in building client relationships, presenting complex materials, defining resource requirements, budgeting, and project management.
- Ability to work with global teams, coach staff, and foster innovation; capable of delivery review and process adherence.
- Willingness to be available during periods of client escalation; contribute to thought leadership through white papers and training.
