Job summary

Synechron is seeking an experienced Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) Developer in Bengaluru to implement customer data platforms, real-time profiles, and audience management. You will integrate AEP with Analytics, Target, AJO, and Campaign, and work with data from multiple enterprise systems.

Ideal candidates have hands-on AEP, Launch, and Web SDK expertise, plus REST APIs, JavaScript, and SQL for data validation.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and RTCP concepts.
• Design and implement XDM schemas, datasets, and data ingestion pipelines.
• Experience with Adobe Launch (Tags) and Web SDK, plus REST APIs.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement solutions using Adobe Experience Platform (AEP).
• Configure RTCP, schemas, datasets, identity resolution, and data governance.
• Develop and maintain XDM schemas and ingestion pipelines.
• Build customer segments, audiences, and activation workflows.
• Integrate AEP with Adobe Analytics, Target, AJO, Campaign.
• Work with APIs/connectors to ingest data from enterprise sources.
• Collaborate with business teams to translate requirements into solutions.
• Troubleshoot, optimize, and tune AEP implementations.
• Ensure data quality, privacy, security, and governance standards.

Job description

We are seeking an experienced Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) Developer with strong expertise in implementing customer data platforms, real-time customer profiles, audience management, and marketing technology solutions. The ideal candidate should have hands‑on experience with Adobe Experience Platform, Adobe Experience Platform Web SDK, Adobe Launch (Tags), and integration of customer data from multiple enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement solutions using Adobe Experience Platform (AEP).
• Configure and manage Real‑Time Customer Profile (RTCP), Schemas, Datasets, Identity Resolution, and Data Governance.
• Develop and maintain XDM (Experience Data Model) schemas and data ingestion pipelines.
• Implement and manage Adobe Experience Platform Web SDK and Adobe Tags (Launch).
• Build and configure customer segments, audiences, and activation workflows.
• Integrate AEP with Adobe Experience Cloud applications such as:
• Adobe Analytics
• Adobe Target
• Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO)
• Adobe Campaign
• Work with APIs and connectors to ingest data from multiple enterprise sources.
• Collaborate with business teams to translate customer experience requirements into technical solutions.
• Perform troubleshooting, optimization, and performance tuning of AEP implementations.
• Ensure data quality, privacy, security, and governance standards are maintained.
• Support production deployments and provide ongoing maintenance.
