Tata Consultancy Services is seeking an experienced AEP Developer/Lead to design and optimize end-to-end customer data solutions using Adobe Experience Platform, RealTime CDP, and Journey Optimizer. This role demands strong data modelling, identity management, and cross-channel integration capabilities.

You will design XDM schemas, configure data collection and activation workflows, and build robust connectors and data pipelines across platforms.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in AEP development or related data engineering roles.
• Proficiency with XDM schemas, identities, data flows, and data governance.
• Experience designing end-to-end customer data solutions across channels.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement AEP XDM schemas, datasets, identities, mixins, and dataflows.
• Configure RT-CDP, AEP Data Collection, and Tags/Launch for data capture.
• Build and manage source and destination connectors, including batch and streaming integrations.
• Implement AEP Segmentation and configure activation workflows to downstream systems.
• Develop and optimize AJO journeys, rules, templates, and triggers (if part of scope).

Exp ; 5+ years

We are looking for an experienced Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) Developer/Lead who can design, build, and optimize endtoend customer data solutions using Adobes RealTime CDP, Data Collection, Journey Optimizer, and associated Adobe Experience Cloud products. The role requires strong expertise in data modelling, schema design, identity management, and integration across channels.

Platform Development & Implementation

• Design and implement AEP XDM schemas, datasets, identities, mixins, and dataflows.
• Configure and optimize RT-CDP, AEP Data Collection, and Tags/Launch for data capture.
• Build and manage source and destination connectors, including batch and streaming integrations.
• Implement AEP Segmentation and configure activation workflows to downstream systems.

Data Engineering & Architecture

• Work with crossfunctional teams to identify data requirements and map source systems to XDM.
• Manage data ingestion using APIs, ETL pipelines, and event forwarding where applicable.

Ensure data quality, identity stitching, deduplication, and governance compliance.
