Job summary

Synechron Technologies Pvt. Ltd. INDIA is seeking an experienced Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) specialist to design, implement, and optimize enterprise-grade customer data solutions.

You will configure RTCP, schemas, datasets, and identity services while building activation workflows and integrations across Adobe apps. Responsibilities include developing XDM schemas, maintaining data pipelines, and ensuring data quality, privacy, and governance.

Qualifications

• Strong experience with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP).
• Hands-on with XDM schema design, datasets, RTCP, identity, segmentation.
• Experience with Adobe Launch (Tags) and Web SDK.
• Understanding of CDP and customer journey orchestration.
• Experience with REST APIs and data integrations.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML and web technologies.
• Knowledge of SQL for data validation and analysis.
• Experience working in Agile development environments.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement solutions using Adobe Experience Platform (AEP).

• Integrate AEP with Adobe Analytics, Target, Journey Optimizer (AJO) and Campaign.
• Work with APIs and connectors to ingest data from multiple enterprise sources.
• Collaborate with business teams to translate customer experience requirements into technical solutions.
• Perform troubleshooting, optimization, and performance tuning of AEP implementations.
• Ensure data quality, privacy, security, and governance standards are maintained.
• Support production deployments and provide ongoing maintenance.

• Integrate AEP with Adobe Experience Cloud applications such as: Adobe Analytics Adobe Target Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) Adobe Campaign.
