• Design and operationalize event-driven customer journeys using AJO, including decision rules and personalization logic.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize AEP data flows, schemas, segments, and activations with GDPR/CCPA compliance.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with architects, data scientists, digital marketers, and engineering teams; document solutions and automate configurations using AEP UI, APIs, and Postman.
• Follow best practices in data governance and data quality across platforms.

Your Role

We are looking for an experienced Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) / RTCDP Developer 6+ years to design, implement, and optimize scalable customer data and realtime personalization solutions. You will work with Adobe Experience Platform, RTCDP, and Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO), collaborating with data, marketing, and engineering teams to deliver enterprisegrade customer experience solutions.

Your Profile

• Develop and configure AEP components including XDM schemas (JSON), datasets, identities, segments, and unified customer profiles, with a strong focus on data quality, performance, and scalability.
• Design and implement batch and streaming data ingestion pipelines using connectors and APIs; build ETL/ELT integrations and manage APIbased audience creation using RTCDP.
• Design and operationalize eventdriven customer journeys using Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO), including decision rules, eligibility logic, and offer decisioning for personalization.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize AEP data flows, schemas, segments, and activations, ensuring compliance with GDPR, CCPA, and internal data governance standards.
• Collaborate effectively with architects, data scientists, digital marketers, and engineering teams; document solutions, automate configurations using AEP UI, APIs, and Postman, and follow best practices.
• Strong problemsolving, communication, adaptability, and collaboration skills with a solid foundation in customer data platforms and modern data engineering practices.
