Job summary

Synechron seeks an experienced Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) specialist in India to design and implement scalable AEP-based solutions across marketing and data platforms.

You will configure RTCP, schemas, datasets, identity services, and data governance, while developing XDM schemas and data ingestion pipelines. This role requires collaboration with business teams to translate requirements into technical solutions and ensure governance and security.

Qualifications

• Strong experience with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP).
• Hands-on with XDM Schema Design, Datasets, Real-Time Customer Profile, Identity Service and Segmentation Service.
• Experience with Adobe Launch (Tags) and Web SDK.
• Good understanding of CDP and customer journey orchestration.
• Experience with REST APIs and data integrations.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and web technologies.
• Knowledge of SQL for data validation and analysis.
• Experience working in Agile development environments.

Responsibilities

• Implement and manage Adobe Experience Platform Web SDK and Adobe Tags (Launch).
• Build and configure customer segments, audiences, and activation workflows.
• Integrate AEP with Adobe Experience Cloud applications such as: Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO), Adobe Campaign.
• Work with APIs and connectors to ingest data from multiple enterprise sources.
• Collaborate with business teams to translate customer experience requirements into technical solutions.
• Perform troubleshooting, optimization, and performance tuning of AEP implementations.
• Ensure data quality, privacy, security, and governance standards are maintained.
• Support production deployments and provide ongoing maintenance.
